　　for + 一段時間

　　since + 時間點/一般過去時的句子

　　We have been studying English for three years.

　　我們三年來一直在學習英語。

　　He has been staying here since he was five years old.

　　自從五歲以來，他一直待在這里。

　　We haven’t seen each other since ten years ago.

　　自從十年前以來，我們一直沒有見過彼此。

　　注意：for和 since 可以相互轉換。

　　Jenny has been collecting coins for several years. = Jenny has been collecting coins since several years ago.

　　珍妮收集硬幣已經有幾年的時間了。

　　except （不包括在內）

　　besides （包括在內）
